This artwork includes 2 hand painted Delfts Blue plates: a large Delfts Blue plate from the Porceleyne Fles workshop in Delft signed J V D (Jan van Dalen, active between 1962 and 1966) and dated 1963, and a large Delfts Blue plate from the RAM workshop in Arnhem, which was operative between 1921 and 1969.
