SHIPPING & RETURNS
Purchases will be shipped within 10 business days once payment is received. Please allow up to 10 days delivery within Europe and 2 to 3 weeks outside the EU. We ship using insured service with Track&Trace, or FedEx.
Any duties which might be due at the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All transactions are secure and encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
All items are packed with great care to avoid any risk of damage. Should the product arrive damaged, please contact us at studio[at]desimonewayland.com with a clear description of the damage and photos of the damaged item. We will respond within 7 days. Once you hear back from us, please send us back the damaged product in the original packaging at our expense. We will send a new copy to you upon receipt of the damaged product.
You have the right to return your purchase to us within 14 days. Please make sure you pack the product very carefully to avoid risks of breakage and send it to our address at your expense. Please make sure to inform us by email that you will be returning the product. Once we receive the product we will refund both the price of the product and the original shipping costs.
Please note wallpaper orders are printed on demand for you, and for this reason we are unable to accept returns.
